Hey y’all, It's Tammy!
Line dancing has always been my happy place—the music, the movement, the way it lights up your heart. I started Line Dance Therapy because I wanted others to feel that same joy. Whether you’re celebrating a good day or shaking off a hard one, there’s nothing like leaving it all on the dance floor.
I’m married to the love of my life and partner in crime, John Pemberton (aka @Pembertonmusic), so music isn’t just part of what I do—it’s part of who we are. Together, we believe in spreading joy through song, dance, and community. Come join me—you’ll find laughter, friends, and the reminder that life is always worth dancing through.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Is the class good for beginners?
Definitely a great class for beginners! The first hour is devoted to teaching basic steps to make new dancers feel comfortable and progress. The second hour is geared towards teaching intermediate to advanced dances.
Is there a fee for lessons?
Lessons are $10 per person per class, get a $3 discount for the second lesson if you come to both! All ages are welcomed and encouraged to join, kids ages 10 and under are free.
Can you teach at my special event?
I specialize in celebration events such as weddings, adult parties, children's birthday parties, school events, and more! Contact me for detailed information and pricing.
Are there food and drinks available?
Yes, refreshments are available through the venue. Charcuterie Boards, Flatbreads, and Wraps to name a few. Delicious Wine, cold Craft Brew and non-alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase!
